END OF YEAR UPDATE and CAMPAIGN
For 12 years, We Are Limitless has been dedicated to providing education, housing, and medical support to orphans and vulnerable children in Rwanda. Five years ago, we expanded our mission into the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), establishing Rebecca’s House, which now offers safe housing to over 40 orphans. Rebecca, who oversees the house, has been hospitalized frequently over the past three months due to various illnesses, making life more challenging for the children. Despite these hardships and the ongoing conflict in the region affecting food availability and costs, Rebecca’s unwavering dedication has ensured that all our children remain in school.
We are proud to highlight the achievements and aspirations of some of our exceptional students:
• Drucella: Currently excelling at the top of her high school class (nothing unusual there), Drucella plans to apply to U.S. colleges in early 2025 with hopes of being accepted to an Ivy League school and to study political science and international business management.
• Lydia: After graduating high school last year and scoring a perfect 60/60 on her National Exams, Lydia is now applying to universities in Romania to pursue international relations while continuing her journey toward a professional basketball career. She currently plays point guard for the Azomco basketball club in the Rwanda National Basketball League.
• Shadrack: Many of you have followed Shadrack’s journey in Austin, Texas, where he is in his third year at St. Edward’s University, maintaining a 3.8 GPA in mathematics and machine learning (A.I.) and on the Dean's List for 3 semesters. This past summer he returned to Rwanda to volunteer teaching math to high school students... and still found time to be part of a NASA project measuring sulfur dioxide (SO₂) and ozone in the atmosphere. He is currently considering graduate schools.
• Stella: Another big success that could not happen to a more appreciative and hard working you lady. Stella, who has been with us for nine years, recently received her Bachelors Degree in Finance with honors and now is applying to graduate school.
• Ketia: When 10 yr old Ketia joined us four years ago, she faced significant challenges. She was far behind in school and struggled to connect with peers. But from the start, her quiet determination stood out. Ketia may not be at the top of her class, but her growth has been remarkable. This year, she took a big step by asking for a tutor to help her improve—a moment of courage and self-advocacy that shows she’s taking ownership of her future.
• Barbrah: After scoring a perfect score on her National Exams, Barbrah started this year at a new school and is at the top of her 7th grade class. She also discovered that the school did not have a girl's basketball team so she convinced them to start one and she is now captain of the team. Barbrah is hoping to become a doctor one day.
As we approach 2025, we once again seek your support. Our goal is to raise $50,000 to sustain our programs through June, ensuring that our remarkable students continue to receive the education and resources they need to thrive.
Please consider making an end of the year tax deductible donation to help us continue our mission.

REBECCA'S HOUSE in DR CONGO:
For some context, eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) has been marked by intense conflict and humanitarian crisis for decades. The violence is primarily between the Congolese army and the rebel groups, but recently it has escalated to a frightening level, leading to significant humanitarian crisis — with approximately 6.1 million internally displaced people in the DRC.
Rebecca's House provides refuge to over 40 children affected by this crisis by keeping them in school as well as providing food, housing and emotional support.
